ETN was founded as a one-man company by Steven Piper in 1991, after receiving authority from the Interstate Commerce Commission to operate as a licensed property broker. Beginning with a small group of clients, ETN quickly gained a reputation as a reliable source of transportation services. The Hollywood studios began to take notice in 1992 and transportation departments saw this type of service as a way to save money and make their jobs easier at the same time. Ice Capades also signed ETN to handle its domestic ice show tours. By 1994, we had caught the attention of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Combined Shows, the owners of Ice Follies/Holiday on Ice and the Walt Disney's World on Ice shows. ETN was called upon to handle much of their support equipment as well as move the touring shows themselves. Today, in addition to handling the transportation needs of other touring shows such as Sesame Street Live and the Big Apple Circus, we also work with a wide variety of feature film and television productions, carnivals, carnival ride manufacturers and engineering clients. |
